Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product information on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

In-Store Purchases

All sales at our retail location are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on cannabis products due to regulatory requirements. For non-cannabis products, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase with original receipt and unopened packaging.

Loyalty Program

Participation in our loyalty program is subject to additional terms and conditions provided at enrollment. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Rookie Dispensary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
